DKD has established relationships with respected drilling contractors and is the sole provider and installer of Electric over Hydraulic Systems required for the operation of Coil Tubing and next generation Top Drive Drilling Rigs. As well, DKD is responsible for the SCADA system that provides details of the daily operations. The operations are displayed on the HMI by means of software developed by Welldaq Data Systems.

First Generation Hybrid Coil Tubing Rigs (CT1500)

DKD Installs and implements the Electric over Hydraulic and SCADA System.

Second Generation Hybrid AC Coil Tubing Rigs (CT2200)

DKD Installs and implements the following:

Service Rigs

Established Service Rig companies incorporate significant advances in PLC control systems when DKD upgrades existing Service Rig Fleets with the latest SCADA Technologies.

Underbalanced Operations:

Latest trends are seeing an increase in the use of advanced drilling technologies such as underbalanced drilling. DKD has evolved with the latest technologies and offers a variety of state of the art solutions for monitoring underbalanced drilling procedures.

Underbalanced Monitoring Features:

- Gas Metering (AGA 3 or AGA 7).
- Gas Composition (AGA 8 or NX-19).
- Pit Volume System.
- Flow Liquid Metering (Stroke Count or Turbines).
- Monitoring Pressures or Temperatures.
- Wireless Data Encrypted on Location.
- HMI (Class 1, Div 2).
- Sharing to other systems.
- Custom Reports as Per Customer needs.
- Export Data in CSV, Excel or Access.

Cementing Operations:

Using the latest technologies for SCADA system development, DKD implements a Portable, Semi-Permanent and/or Permanent PLC for on the fly reporting. Monitored throughout the Lease via Secure Wireless LAN, operators can visualize all of the key parameters of the Cementing Process for complete control of operations.

Amp Systems:

DKD amp systems provide a clear means of communication amongst rig personnel and service company employees.
